i have money in my PP but everytime I go to transfer money to my other one it says "error can't send payment" but it let me send $65 to the same one but when I tried to send more it won't work.

i need to send money from my PP account to my other one. It worked yesterday but last night and this morning it just keeps saying error. My accounts are not limited it just won't let me send! Help its urgent !!
