Looking for an individual to manage my flash game site: www.zedigames.com
By manage I mean tasks such as:
Frequently add new flash games to the site using the panel installed
Sort out reports from users
Add any necessary news articles
Manage users
Add graphics to the site
Potentially design graphics (not a full requirement but helps)
Help market the site (not a full requirement but helps)
Error test and fix (fixing not a full requirement but helps)
May be required to manage social media feeds e.g. twitter and facebook
Respond to user requests
Rate and categorize games

Since the job comprises of quite simple tasks I'm not paying a massive amount however I am very happy to negotiate with people the rate e.g. hourly, daily, weekly etc and how much. I am looking at around $5 per full-on hour of work. I should also note I am not dumb I know roughly how much work a tech-savy person can get done in an hour so please don't apply if you're just going to sit on your ass.

Requirements
Skills require
Must speak fluent English
HTML/PHP/MYSQL knowledge is appreciated, flash more so.
Experience in marketing (is preferred)
Experience in flash games (is preferred, either playing or managing)
