- Familiarity with consensus algorithms, cryptography, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
**Nice-to-Have**:
- Experience in integrating with blockchain exchanges, wallets, or NFT marketplaces.
- Understanding of ERC standards, tokenomics, and governance models.
- Experience with additional blockchain platforms (e.g., Polkadot, Solana) is a plus.
