i had no idea what price to put cause i dont know what you can provide.. 
I need a service to produce tons of virtual credit card numbers for account creations.
You would either need to provide the service of where i can get this done.. or if you are the service and the person who creates the cards thats good to.
I need the cards to be cheap.. im hoping to find a service to create in the thousands of card numbers probably connected to one of my primary cards.. we want to load each of them with $1 and dont want the cards to cost money to buy.. usually some small fee. Im sure there are many options but i need you to find them lol.
