Not sure exactly regarding price, but this is what i want:

I want to develop a list of links for each of my SEO clients. Each client will receive a basic set of links that will need to be done manually. Each client will need a gmail account to manage this.
getlisted.org is a great example. those are basic links. there will be others. the list will grow. every new SEO client will get the list. if the list is too big for one month, then it is broken up into more than one month, so that the monthly cost is stable.
