For the maximum, I want at least 100 new active members. Your job is simple: Bring new members to my forum and the members you bring must be active and cannot be duplicate accounts. The members must show activity by a trial period of 2 weeks, if they have logged on to the forum and have posted at least 20 times during the two weeks they will be classified as active and added to your count. Payment will not be issued until the bidded amount of members has been reached.
Accepting multiple people if necessary
Able to market the forum and bring in new members
Has a good contact list of potential members he/she can bring to my forum
