a) need to fasten the website by working on sorting java and css improvement
b) captcha in ninja forms (so fake enquiries stops coming)
c) shareable icons in the page including watsapp (improved sharing)
d) disqus in comments
e) make a subscriber list form (like mailchimp or any good list maker)
f) need to make the blog header static with just one photo
any other improvement if you may tell.. i will pay for that work too..
