A user has given me a negative marking when i submitted him an order , although he could have messaged me and sort out the differences ..... i want to restart the order and provide the results till he gets satisfied !!!!

There is nothing like that. You must contact support or the buyer to arrange a deal of some sort to redo the order. Maybe you could make a suggestion to SEOClerks to make that feature.
