I seriously need help! I don't understand it!

Hi everyone,
I wanted to know that if I sell a gig for $5 (i.e. I will blah blah blah blah for $5)
So then when I scroll down there is an option to "mark this gig on sale"!
So in "Mark this gig on sale" I can't enter $5.
I have to enter 4.
So my question is that when I sell this gig, will the buyer pay $5 or $4?

$4, hence the reason for the word: "Sale".

You're offering a Sale price of $4 from your usual price of $5

Buyer probably pay you $5 but 20% deducted as a tax, i thought!
e.g : buyer pay you $20 then you got $16.
