I want to complain about a buyer? Is possible for seoclerks admin?

i am publish a gigs 100 australian likes 3$.i am already completed 2 buyer order this.now few days ago a new buyer order me.but unfortunetly her account works very slow.then i am add two other country.i am consent this buyer.but last time buyer told me i am give him worlwide.so for this i am give him 240 likes.and he told me 240 of them 107 australian likes.so i deliver my order.but he cancel my order by administrator.now any 1 tell me which is the way of whitdraw my cancel by administrator.
