Is there any way or option to change the username of the SeoClerks account & How many time we are allowed to change it?
Or I've to submit ticket in SeoClerks Helpdesk? if there is an option or a link, Kindly answer the question. I wanna have the knowledge about this.

It is not any option or link to change your username, and I think it is not possible in any way. You can submit a request to the HelpDesk, of course - but I think it won't be possible to change your username.
Try with HelpDesk anyway, it is the only one chance. Or, go to the Setting page of your account, and at the very bottom of the page you will find 2 options: "Lock this account" and "Suspend Account" - try the second one, and after this make a new account on SeoClerks with the new username you want to use. And never use again the old, suspended account, of course (to not be banned for using multiple accounts).
