How do I change a review?

I recently made a purchase and wrote a bad review due to a MAJOR misunderstanding. I would now like to change my review so that possible customers buy this product. I don't want to leave a bad impression of the seller to the members of SEOClerks

Hi Errors1,

You wll find an "Edit" link to the right of your feedback on the service page it was left on. If it's been too long and the edit option is no longer available you can still contact the helpdesk for removal/edits: http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

Go to that service, scroll down until you see your review and click edit button (if you reviewed that order many days ago then you can't change) and change your review and if you can't then contact support tell them a good reason and service url and they will change it for you.
