What is the limit of personal conversation in SEOclerk?

Hi guys,
I am Sarwar Jahan, Level-1 user of SEOclerk . From last two months, I have been working here. Few days ago I faced a problem of personal conversation. To contact my clients, I clicked on the 'compose new' button. Then I saw that I am unable to contact more or personal conversation. Already I had sent messages to two my clients that day.
Please answer me clearly.
Thanks,

Hello,
It sounds like you've been restricted due to spam but I can't say that's the reason.
I suggest you contact the support to get a more proper answer.

Hi SarwarJahan,

There is currently no limitation to the amount of conversations, if you're unable to send a message it is likely you were restricted for automatically for mass spam. Any other reason for being restricted in such a way would noramlly come along with an infraction. You'll need to contact the helpdesk if you wish to have the restriction removed: http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
