    Why admin cancel a order?

    Hi, I am Arian Afrose. I joined SEOclerks two month ago.Already I have completed some orders. Few days ago admin cancelled one of my order. Can admin cancel any order? When admin cancel a order & why he cancel order?
    Please someone answer my question & satisfy me.

    Hello Arian Afrose,
    If buyer cleam to admin about your order and admin can find your fault and admin will cancel your order. So you should give the service about your promise and continue answer your buyer question.

    Yes, the admin can cancel the order if he/she receives report ticket from buyer about service. If the buyers report is true than the service will be canceled and the buyer will be refunded.

    Hi Arian, sometimes admin cancel the order when algorithm determined the buyer to have a fraud chance.... If you have done nothing wrong on your order the cancellation is for your own protection! 
    Just submit a support ticket if you think that cancellation was wrong. 
    And yes, admin can also cancel the order anytime if buyer report your service!

    Well sometimes they have to cancel orders, yesterday i got this message for my 2 orders:

    "We are very sorry to inform you that one of your SEOClerks orders has been cancelled by an admin. Orders are cancelled for various reasons such as fraud, users being banned, orders for prohibited services, P a y p a l/P a y z a disputes, seller conduct, etc. Please feel free to contact us via support for more information."
    Reason: ?Unauthorized via P a y p a l

    This thing happened with me too.
    When they cancel the order, they mention the reason below.
    The main reasons are like money confirmation not from p a y p a l, some fraud users are there which are deleted etc. so in such cases, order are canceled by admin.
