    What does it mean by withdraw?

    I'm working my way to level 1, but I have just one question.
    Below it says I need to have a withdraw that's over 20 days old.

    By "withdraw" does it mean I have to just have it in my SEOClerks balance or do I have to send it to my Pay-Pal or bank?

    Requirements

    Completed 10 Orders on time
    Have a 90% rating or higher
    Answered or asked 20 SEO Questions in the FAQ
    Have no Infractions (follow the rules)
    Login Often (once per 14 days)
    Account is at least 7 days old
    Completed 1 Payment Withdrawal that is 20 days old
    First Completed Sale is at least 30

    It means if you want to go to level 2 you need to withdraw your money (required) from any payment method and after 20 days of money withdrawal you can request for leveling up.

    You have to withdraw money at least once to be able to go to level 2, you can not be level 2 if your first withdrawal is not at least 20 days old.

    That means you can not go level 2 user If  your withdraw is not 20 days old. You can withdraw seoclerks selected any payment getaway and any amount.
