Okay, so when a seller provides a set of instructions but the buyer either ignores to read or follow them properly what can a seller do to complete an order when the timer starts ticking?
Would it not make sense to provide an option for Sellers to reject an order due to buyer instructions not fully provided or order details not completed?

This is already an existing feature of SEOClerks. Sellers have 24 hours from the time of the buyer making the first reply to the order where they can force cancel the order without any kind of negative effect.
