How can I make a service by price 2 or 1 dollars as level 1?

Hello, I'm a newbie in this website. i read in regulatory SEOClerks level. who still in level 1 can not make service at a price of 2 dollars. but why this account can make that? Please answer the question. Thanks!

Hi imamsyafii123,

Any user that you see who is Level 1 with a Service below $5 either created it before that restriction was added or when they were Level 2 or 3 previously. They will not be able to Edit that Service again without changing the price above $5 until they're Level 2 or 3 again.
