why have to reload the page to see new message??

Hi,
You guys don't think that the messaging option of seoclerks can be more upgraded? I think messaging option is little slow.if we reload the page than we can see that we got message.if we got alert without reloading the page it would me more better.what you guys think about it ?? please share.

I'm not sure if you are talking about getting an alert without reload or if you are talking about seeing messages without reload. If messages, that is already implemented. I've made a video here to demonstrate it.

As you'll notice, new messages from the person you are speaking with appear automatically and in yellow just like an instant messaging system.

I don't feel that this is necessary. Because the site is currently focusing on what you are doing and it knows you have an alert or message but it doesn't want to interfere with what you are doing as it may throw you or the system off. Also, the reason you need to reload the page is because files and code need to get refreshed to work with the new alert/notification.

Further to Jadster's reply, I think if messaging system here is seoclerks is good and if it started working like Sky or facebook chat, Please will start it as a chatting platform, Which is what Seoclerks do not want to do.. Just my 2 cents .. you may not agree on this ..

I take this not as a problem but as a strategy that seoclerks has created to check how curious are the users to seoclerks alerts. I think it also plays an important role in determining the 'response time' of the user. Had it not been necessary to reload the page, you might not be so attentive to the orders. There comes a feeling in mind that 'we will know when alert will be available'. And due to this feeling, indulgence in users may arise. So SEOclerks, i think this is not a problem to be fixed.

i think atlest we can get alert or notification like fb then its good. if you are busy with talking to some other person & anyone trying to contact u urgently then u can not able to reply him immediately. so its good if notification or alert option improve

hi it is great problem reload the new massage new page new cheek the account balance.i don't know in this problam.seo clerks is not answer. seo clerks need the problem is most upgraded.thanks

Yes it should be upgraded and you know why to reload because it is not ajaxified like facebook.

Facebook is based on ajax so we no to need to refresh anywhere in the facebook to see next content.

Hii Im agree with you ...but jorden not upgard chat like facebook bcoz it have his own rules likes when some one talking and say out side p.y..like that ...that time he can banned this person...so admin not use fast chat its bcoz site safty
