I have a problem with buyer!?

Hello, I need your help! I sold a service for YT views, likes, comments and subs, one of buyers cancelled his order, after I nearly did all my work on it, I over delivered likes and I still have 1 day and 10 hours deadline ! I asked him (her) what is the reason of cancellation but he never answered back!
Please help me, what can I do in this kind of situation and will I get negative rating after cancellation?

Hi fosterj,

In these kind of situations I find it best so simply Reject their cancellation and nicely explain to them that you are and have already been working on their order and will get it delivered to them as soon as possible.

Anything going past that is going to be very order to order and hard to give any further specific advice/answers about.

No form of cancelation currently results in any automated negative consequences.

You will not get any negative rating for buyer cancelation. And, to avoid such kind of cancelation from buyer, you should check buyers profile. If you think that his/her order can be done after looking his profile, then done otherwise you yourself can reject the order within 24hours of order placement. You should not force him to get paid that could result you a negative rating.

Hello abirseo, thank you so very much for fast reply, I am sorry , just last one question as you a level 3 what you recommend to do? should I accept cancellation ? please help, I new here but I put a lot of effort into everything I do!

Then reject the cancelation request and ask him/het that work in almost completed and will be delivered within given timeline, and when ever completed, deliver you order and after that if some thing comes up contact the support.

you can reject cancelation.and after 5 days auto complete your order and you you can report seo .. after you can get money or any good help with in seoclerks.

If you conform that you have completed her order before deadline you should reject the cancel request and then you try to contact buyer  If buyer not contact with you in the last time you can contact to seoclerks costumer seaport and they will solve your problem.
