If a Seller gets a Negative Feedback, is it posible to remove it by Refunding?

I have a question that if I get a negative feedback in future, will I be able to remove it by cancelling the order and refunding him in full? Further what do we do if a Buyer is threatening me that he would give a negative feedback in order to get something done more than the value of the gig? Any experience?

negative ratings is a sign of bad work...........
as i know you can't remove a negative feedback from your public account.....................
but, if you have done good job and your buyer give you a negative feedback without any reason then you can contact to the seoclerks support..........

A threat like that would need to be reported to the staff and they will handle that but there is no way to remove a negative rating as far as I know. Once you get it there is no way to remove it. I think staff can remove it for you but I am unsure.

No you can't remove it from your feedback. Cause it's the rating you deserve for that job. Seoclerks is a helping site for the seller and for the buyer too. So you can contact with the support showing the cause why did this happen. Hope they will help you to remove that. Thanks.
