How Do You Actually Get Traffic From YouTube?

Hey folks

I used to just put a link at the beginning of the description,
but, looking at YouTube now, that does not look like its very
effective.

So, OK: I can create a video; I can upload a video; I can rank a video.

Bang, its on first page. People see it. People watch it.

But, how can I best get them to my website?

Thanks,

Well, the way to get traffic from YouTube is to post a video that the community may like, and in the description, you can add your site link. That way, if they want to stay up to date with you and what you are doing, they can simply see your site and even join it. That way, you get more members as well as traffic for your website. You can also make promo videos to help advertise your site to the YT community.

You could add the link to your site in the description, or you could add it to the annotations in the video. There are many ways to get people to click on links, such as saying "if you like this, check this website!" I hope this helps!

This is a good question because I was also thinking about that a few days ago. We have a Youtube channel with more than a hundred videos but, yeah, how do we direct the traffic from the Youtube viewers into the website. This reminds me of our desire to get more subscribers. What we do now is to click like on any comment to our video and also to reply if necessary. We are always tempted to beg for subscribers.

Well if you have a YouTube channel or if your posting comments on a channel. You just have to post your links so that you can get some traffic.
