How can I get a refund?

How can I get a refund from a service that is not given to me?

I placed an order about a month ago, and at the beginning the service was working, but it went down after 1 week, and the user does not answer to me since 2 weeks ago, and still not have the service I bought, so, I want a refund, how can I get it?

I think they will give you a solution. Your question is not clear to me too, so please contact with the order number to the support team. If you not marked the delivery completed then you will get back your money, I believe. Thanks.

Did seller deliver the service?
If not you should contact the SEOclerks staff about the issue. Then they will look into that and if seller didn't delivered the service then you will be able to get the refund.

Yes, the selled deliver the service at the beginning, but after about a week, the service was interrupted, I wrote the user about the issue, and he told me that he would check, but that was on august 26th, and still not working, but I already submit a ticket with the support team. Thanks!

you should contact to seo clerks administrator. and your issue will be definitely solve in 24 to 48 hours.

then will give you solution and they can get your money back .

and they will contact back with you in 24 hours.

You can simple cancel the order or contact seoclerks team they will suggest you well you can also discuss this matter with your contractor first and simply tell him to cancel the project and by mutual cancelation your money will be refunded to you

It will be better  to ask support for the trouble. Seoclerke has a strong support team to assist you. Explain your problem to the support team. The solution may differ for the different situation. So, ask support and get solved your problem.

same here i recently did the same thing and now i am not getting any responses regarding my payment for a service that was not fulfilled.
