    You can contact to support center with your order id you got negative feedback and explain about what actually happened between you and your buyer while completing order. Then, they review your order and if they think negative feedback is inappropriate for your order- they withdraw it. Thanks!

    I think there is no easy way to withdraw Negative Feedback in Seoclerkes.com. But you can contact instantly with your buyer who gave you negative feedback and if the buyer reaches in a mutual understanding with you he/she can request to withdraw to the support team.
