Need help withdrawing using Nowpayments and updating my Payoneer ID with new one

Dear Team,

I have used Nowpayments before to withdraw earnings but now it is not showing in withdrawal page please help with this
Also I want to udpate my Payoneer ID since it shows as inactive in withdrawal page
I have tried write email and make customer support ticket but have not got any reply even with follow up emails/tickets...
Does anyone know how to contact the support team besides above two methods?

There's not much the forum members here can do for you if your problem wasn't resolved directly by support.

Yes this is the ticket system I mentioned, I have seen earlier there was community admin's that could help with this type of issue to resolve thought maybe they can see and help with this

I'm the only community admin daily active in here, but you can try contacting Beverly directly, as she's higher up the chain than I am. I just deal with the community FAQ section.

Beverly's profile shows her as inactive as a seller. She may be still running support though, or maybe it's just Dillon now, but try contacting the main admin profile to see who responds.

Oh yea forgot to mention that I tried message that main profile as well but it says "This user has disabled private messages" and even custom order option has been turned off on that profile.

I geuss Beverly can be contacted via her seller profile and Dillion got any email or whatsapp etc to reach out for help?

Weird. Yes, try her profile, although that seems dead too and I only know Dillon to approve FAQ threads, like the one you just made, so I have no contact info, sorry.

I submited another ticket and commented on the new post as well as follows;

Can you help provide withdrawal option manually via crypto or enable Nowpayments which was earlier working for withdrawal on site which is automated withdrawal or you can have Binance pay withdrawal option(Automated api option is there maybe can link up to site).
Since the 3 new payment methods that was added are not supported for my country. And the Payoneer id I can't change from settings it just says sign up click here and current linked ID is showing as inactive since I updated my Payoneer id to new one but Seoclerks no place to update new ID....

Ideally you can provide alternate crypto withdrawal automated option besides Coinbase as it is not supported.
