seller not responding to my order?

i have placed order yesterday, 36 hours gone but seller is not responding & not doing my work. seller is online when i placed order & now also he is online. i send lots of massages to him but he is not replying. What to do now?

Request a cancel on it, if not then it can be refunded after max delivery days is over and your funds will be back into your balance., seller could also be busy so make sure give him time.

Please remember these tips before sending cancelation request etc.

1. It is not necessary that the seller is free (He/She can also busy in other orders placed before your order)
2. It also depends on the user level (Users with level X, Level 3 get more orders daily and have to do lot's of work so wait for your turn)
3. As i told you in above point about levels (User with high level have to reply lot's of messages so wait for your turn)
4. Wait till the deadline reaches !

Hi,
Some of the sellers are so busy with lots of orders. Some time they response late. So don't worry about it. A seller is online that does not mean he is free. He will update you once he will get time. Wait for the dead line for your order if he won't deliver than you may cancel it.

try to send him a reply THROUGH THE ORDER page. sometimes sellers require details from you to get started and they will not get notified until you provide then through the order page.
