    If you want to get indexed fast, ping your blog, you can find on google free pinging websites and article submissions. And you should have unique content written by you, so no copy-paste. Also updating your blog, and adding new content also helps ranking better. Thats for a start, then after that you should do some backlinks etc.

    build few backlinks to your blog from authority sites. It will help you to index the blog quickly or simply submit a sitemap through google webmaster tools and your blog will be indexed probably within 1 or 2 weeks.

    The best way to get indexed is to get backlinks from relevant sources.  The better and more powerful the links the faster Google will take notice of your site and put you in the index.  As dumindo89 said you can also submit the site to google webmaster tools, but if you want to actually rank and get traffic you will need to build links.  Just adding it to webmaster tools isn't going to bring you visitors.

    You don't have to do anything in order to get your blog indexed by Google. However, sometimes this might take a long time. If you want to get indexed past use ping feature. You can also do SEO for faster indexing. Another way to get your blog indexed faster is by sending a lot of traffic from reputed sources such as email marketing, social media marketing etc.
