    Well and infraction means that you did someting against the TOS of seoclerks, broke some rule, and you got a warning. Wouldn't know what the infraction is, as you didn't state the details of it.

    infraction means you brake  term and condition of seoclerks  so you lose your user level and also it's warning to next time do not make mistake .....
