    You can add funds to your account using Visa here: https://www.seoclerks.com/order/2658

    Then you can use those funds to hire any freelance seller in the marketplace.

    That only works for sellers. The OP is asking as a BUYER on how to add his card to hire a seller here. He has to go to the BUYER tab and then down to "Add Funds To Balance", where he can then choose credit card options, including Visa.
