Payoneer Payment not received in Bank account after 3 weeks

I have transferred SEOclark balance to Payoneer on 29_October2024. but yet not received in my bank account . Can anyone give me suggestions for this ?

I am very much delighted to see your suggestions. I have given mail to Payoneer on 23 November. Now I am waiting for their reply. Thanks for suggestions
