Hi there did any one contacted seo clerlks today? i have not got my reply about 18 hours passed
SEOclerks support gets many cases a day. You want to be patient, if your issue is very important change the status of the ticket. Do not create more than one ticket for the same issue it will cause even more delay.

Hi Bob - You entered your last ticket on June 20th @ 2013 03:23 PM. It was reviewed by a staff member and assigned to me on June 21 2013 04:32 AM. I resolved your issue and responded on June 21st 2013 09:49 AM. It took less the 24 hours to have your ticket resolved. Please keep in my mind that the reason you had an issue was for incorrect data that you entered which required a ticket routed to me. Otherwise, your ticket would have been answered at 4:32AM on June 21st.
Please also keep in mind that we receive a lot of tickets each and every day. We do our best to answer them in a timely manner but please allow at least 24 hours for us to respond.
Yes sorry for that but before i got reply within 2 to 5 hours so i thought may be my ticket is not submitted
SEOclerks support is unbelivable but some times instant reply i think u have misunderstnd or mistake

sometimes the support gets backed up with answering any problems but I know they will be able to respond to you in the next few days. You can also try and open a new support ticket to see if they respond to that one faster!
