Transaction failed with Nowpayments

Hello,

I am having some issues. I credited my seoclerks account through bitcoin using Nowpayments.io
it's been already 7days transaction completed but they still haven't credited my account
what could be going on?

Hmmm I suggest you go to support and tell them and please don't use Bitcoin for payment because it's not traceable
