    Identity and address verification issue

    Hi everyone!
    This week I submitted my identity card for verification which was rejected by seoclerk's staff rejected it, and I don't know what kind of document address they want, I want to verify my identity and address verification so please tell me how to proceed.

    You must submit a document, such as a ultility bill, or passport, that has your exact name & address on it. You can also respond to support for clarification.
