    Seller refusing to cancel my order

    I purchased some promotion from a seller and they are not doing what they are supposed to do and they aren't responding to my messages so I tried to cancel the order and I have to wait 2days for it to automatically cancel. Why do I have to wait to cancel my order that I already paid for?

    If you need immediate cancellation, your seller has to accept the cancellation. If the seller doesn't respond, it will automatically cancel in 2 days. Thats how Seoclerk system works. Here in your case seller is not responding so you can either wait to automatically cancel or you can contact seoclerk support team to cancel. To get refund, it depends on which payment method you have used. If you have used Seoclerk balance to purchase the service, once order is cancelled. it will be automatically refunded to your balance. If you have used 3rd party payment method like Paypal, stripe, credit card or other methods, you will have request refund from the 3rd payment company. Hope this helps.
