I dont understand the COMPLETED 1 PAYMENT WITHDRAWAO THAT IS 20 DAYS OLD?? It that my first withdraw or my first payment coming in as avaiable funds... please help

Your withdraw must be 20 days old, or you must've withdrawn a payment 20 days ago or more and received it to your payment processing account [PayPal / Payza / Payoneer / etc].

Today is May 10th, 2013, so April 20th, 2013 will be 20 days ago.
