    I think it used to be a lot easier to get established in the Marketplace because you could bid on $1 Jobs (called Want to Buy). After 25 $1 jobs completed and a few other requirements you would be automatically promoted to Level 2 which held a much greater prestige than Level 1. It's a lot more complicated to get Level 2 now and a lot of Level 1 sellers to compete with. Just do your best to stand out from the crowd. Offer a unique service that no one else has - if that's possible - and boost your services daily. My suggestion is to avoid listing services in saturated categories such as Link Building as you will be competing with hundreds, maybe thousands of other more established sellers who are category featuring their services. Check out the lesser-known categories that don't have features and showcase your services there. In this way you can be a big fish in a little pond rather than a little fish in a big pond.
