can any one know how can creat a 1$ serves to leavel one saler i creat serves butt it is still erro and sy leavel not not creat serives 1 $

i can't understand what are you trying to say. with regards to $1 service, before it is allowed to all user levels but now i think only level two users and above can create $1 service.

Level 1 user cant create 1$ service. Level 2 and 3 user can provide an Dollar service

The minimum priced Service a Level 1 user can create is $5.
