All services must be paid through PayPal, Payee, Alertpay/Payza, or SEOClerks balance at the time of ordering. SEOClerks holds the payment in escrow and pays it to the Seller after the Buyer has accepted the service. SEOClerks collects a 20% service fee on all transactions.
