Contact support if an order or payment of yours is missing.

I have tried enabling PayPal option for accepting credit card payments but it doesn't work for my buyer. The settings page asks for some api key and secret but I don't find any option in PayPal to find it.
I tried razorpay but that isn't working either. Can someone recommend anything? I have an Indian account and Indian cc
