    SEOclerks refuses to reimburse my 5% after wrongful deduction.

    Despite finally admitting that they wrongly deducted an additional 5% for affiliate fees after their 10% commission, SEOclerks refuses to reimburse my money. Jordan's response was that 'it was a mistake and it won't happen again' . Now how is an apology suppose to help me? I have contacted their support regarding a reimbursement several times but no one has responded. Since then, I have been shadow banned and limited from commenting on some community discussions, even though I have not violated any rules.

    At this point I'm poised to believe that SEOclerks is running a sham.1. They're deducting a "commission" from sellers even when a transaction is not successful, which is illegal.

    2. They're stealing an additional 5% from sellers money to pay affiliates, instead of from the 10% "commission" where is should be deducted.

    3. They have frozen both buyers and sellers balances and preventing withdrawals. And in some cases even deleting sellers withdrawal requests from their accounts.

    4. There are a few sellers who often come in these forums trying to discredit other sellers and defending SEOclerks, who I found out works for SEOclerks hence their stance. These administrators/sellers are the same people who are responsible for communicating via support and their services are always featured on SEOclerks front page. This conflict of interest is the reason other non-administrators/sellers do not get this opportunity and the reason we keep seeing the same people/services being featured.
