Did anyone Noticed That Affiliates are Now getting only 5% of Total Order amount. does seoclerk changed commission structure from 10% to 5% ?

I already contacted support about this and they answered to me that "they no longer offer 10 % for life".
I don't even know what to say... but this is so unprofessional
