SEOclerks removed their own PayPal. And Allowed the buyer to pay the seller directly to their own PayPal.
If you would like to buy a service from someone through PayPal you can do that. Just you have to make sure the sellers accept PayPal Payment. Otherwise, you have to choose other Payment methods which that seller accepts.
