Cannot use credit balance in my account for new orders

Cannot use credit balance in my account for new orders

I have an existing credit balance in my account from an order I made to pre-purchase credit from SEOCLERKS, a few weeks ago. However, I am unable to use that credit balance for new orders I make. Please advise.
