Withdraw and Balance added Problem

Please help.  I completed three orders on 12th and 14th and 18th of last month and got positive result.  But sadly the money of 12th and 14th has been added to my account but the money of 18th has not been added yet.  A month later, the money on the 18th was not added.  And another problem is that I have withdrawn the money on 12th and 14th but it is still pending.  Please help solve these two problems

For the 12th and 14th; kindly ask the Airtm custom support team regarding your queries.
For 18th as you are unable to see/reflected on your Airtm account that means to ask for seoclerks.com to help the support team.

From balance withdrawing to AIrtm account, it takes a maximum of 14-days.

Friend, I did mail to seoclerk authority. But day Do not Understand Maybe. they all time said about withdrawal. Did not said about money added problem in my available balance
