When will be able to withdraw?

Can someone from support staff let us know what's actually going on and when we'll be able to withdraw our earnings again? If we can't withdraw by PayPal that's fair enough but we should still be able to withdraw by Payoneer or something? Please don't keep us in the dark guys and let us know what's going to happen and when we'll be able to withdraw again. Thanks!

I SUGGESTED TO JORDAN YEARS AGO TO CREATE an SEOClerk's DEBIT CARD (which would have helped with this problem), BUT WHEN YOU PUT ALL YOUR EGGS IN PAYPAL's Basket (Paypal is NOT regulated like other Banks, they are NOT Considered a real Bank, nor are they FDIC Insured- If they WERE, Everyone would have their Funds right now)
But, when they freeze Accounts, they HOLD all Funds for 180 DAYS (6 MONTHS!!)
This happened to THOUSANDS of Paypal accounts in 2008 (during the Financial Crisis) just so Paypal could save their Asses!!
DOES THIS MEAN WERE HEADED TOWARDS ANOTHER FINANCIAL DISRUPTION?- Globally!!

This may be the Beginning of "De-Westernization", and the Digitization of an Alternative Global Peg Currency outside the Dollar (which many Eastern Countries have agreed to, in order to escape Dollar Denominated Sanctions, Debt, & Tariffs).

That may be but we don't know as of yet if that's what's actually happened.. Jordan told me last night that they're transitioning to direct payments for sellers from now on and that we'll be able to withdraw our funds soon. Only thing we can do is trust in him/them as they've always come through in the past for us. Stay positive and all that!..

Direct payments to PayPal can/will cause its own issues, especially if you receive a lot of small payments. This could trigger a PP red flag, and could see your account frozen, until you successfully jump through all the hoops (if you can) to have them unfreeze your account.

SC has handled this very poorly, and Support has been of no help at all, closing my ticket when SC hasn't even addressed the issues I have. And of course when I reply to a closed ticket, the system opens another one, which Support closes again. Ridiculous!

When I first selected Paypal in the payment options, there were 3 fields - PP email address, Public Key and Private key. No explanation as to what they were or where to find the information on Paypal.

Eventually I created an App in the PP Developer section and used the Client ID key and associated public key. Tested that, and Paypal threw an error "We're sorry, things don't appear to be working right now"

This morning, I decided to try again with SC Paypal payments option. This time I see there is *no* Public Key and Private key fields, only the email field. I tested that, using my PP email, and still same error.

As for asking when can I withdraw my $xxxx to pay me bills at end of month, no help there either. Just the scripted "Withdrawals have been disabled" No ETA given for when it will be resolved either.

Now this is just my theory, but I suspect Paypal has frozen IconicWare's Paypal account. That's why the sudden change in policy. Also explains why they can't offer withdrawals to Payoneer either, as they can't transfer money from their PP account to their account they use for Payoneer. Did you ever wonder why PP withdrawals were "instant", but took up to 14 days with Payoneer?

I hope this is resolved ASAP, as I'm losing clients as they're getting too frustrated to continue. And of course I want my $xxxx balance in my PP account ASAP.

And I blame Paypal for all this, though SC hasn't helped with lack of updates to the situation. Paypal are notorious for running rough-shod over accounts, with out good reason. And almost impossible to deal with when they do freeze an account.

PPal is BIG pain in the a**. Very sensitive and even over-sensitive on accounts with large number of transactions. 14 years ago i lost over 20.000 USD, account was frozen for 9 months, they send emails to all my customers to get money back from their investments, so 99% of them did and after 9 months i received about 1500 and my account stay frozen permanently. I was fighting several months to open new account with complete new identity, new bank account etc....

SC team didn't inform us about details, but i believe this is PPal's bullshit. I am member of SC since 2012 and having full trust in them. Now, if something is out of their hands, i believe they will find way out as soon they can...

Also, if we loose few customers, imagine how much SC is loosing every day.....

The most probable it's a PayPal issue. I work via SC from 2012 and I'm sure it will find a solution sooner or later. Let's give SC the necessary time to find a way that will satisfy all sellers.

I've been told by support staff in a ticket that they are working as hard as they can to get it fixed. Which I appreciate. But they don't know when it will be up and running. Whatever "it" means and is.. I asked about Payoneer if PayPal isn't available as an option but was told they aren't currently able to process with anyone.

It doesn't make any sense to me – we are still none the wiser as to what has actually happened and why this is happening. Surely they are able to put another payment system in place other than PayPal? Could this be the end of the road for seoclerks do you think? Or just wait and hope and trust they'll eventually sort something out for us? Hope the latter and is sooner rather than later though!..

Yes we can understand it might take a little while to get the payment thing up and running as seoclerks giving good business to payment companies already. But 6 days already passed and still they dont have any exact time estimation thats little confusing.
The worst thing is no update from staff for freelancers and for buyers everyone is confused whats going on and whats gonna happen. Lets hope for the best.

That never happened before on any marketplace. A huge update and website payment system is all messed up and without even a notification prior to an update. Even when any website does a 10 minute update they notify a day before. Seoclerks staff is always very cooperative but this time everyone is confused even my old buyers are asking how to pay and there is nothing we can tell them except to wait. Hope to hear from staff exact timeframe to get this all fixed.

Whatever the case may be it doesn't help that they're not saying anything about it just complete silence.... At the very least they could make an announcement about it and apologise for any inconvenience and let us know what is likely to happen... It is us sellers that make the marketplace so we deserve to be kept in the loop... That is what is frustrating at this point just the complete black out silence from them which is unlike them tbh.. Come on guys pipe up!

Last night Jordan told me they are moving to direct payments for sellers and will have withdraws working again soon. Today I've noticed that the balance and revenues page is whited out and isn't working.. Is it the same for other people too? Not sure if that's because of an issue my end or maybe has something to do with them working on it.. Will see if can get any more info from them about it...

Yes it was. They were reducing additional 10% free from processed orders. You might be able to see that in revenue page. There is redution of some dollars from your Available and upcoming payments.

staff are working on this issue and made a lot of changings. And will be solved as soon as possible , But if its urgent do contact on support. Hopefully will get a great response.

Yes bro, payonner is best method for withdraw then paypal because payoneer fastly work and less transectrion fee then paypal.

Yes I know it's not ideal to keep us in the dark like this. At the least they should let us know what has happened and when they expect us to be able to withdraw again.. Or at least offer Payoneer or something else other than PayPal as a solution if PayPal isn't available. This is what is hard to understand. Surely something can be done by now....

Seems like from support we are getting automated kind of response. Mike you are right it should be updated by now 6 days are way too much time. Not only sellers buyers are also facing trouble and asking weird questions like to allow them to pay as if sellers own seoclerks and payment thing LOL May be they are working on some website search algorithms as well because they disabled the free bump thing they must implement some good search algorithms to provide better results for buyers in future. Paid bumps will do the job but newbies wont get a sales chance. Better would be to disable bump system completely and improve search algorithms to provide good business forall.

Hi,
I've been waiting for someone who is actually speaking up on this topic!
This is not the first discussion and in my opinion it should be obvious which payment option we can use and when.
It does not make much sense to test out a new payout system while making the standard method not work anymore.
In this case it's very unprofessional from the staff to not give out any public information about this situation.
Within a good website we shouldn't deal with intransparency either
the need to ask ourself these questions.
