What are some effective ways to reduce your bounce rate on a website?
Make sure your site content is highly relevant to your site title plus make sure the content is informative.

When the content has a lot of information the reader will take time to read the entire contents especially if it is a blog. What I was hearing from bloggers was new information. You should always have something new to share because if there is no new information then you are like writing a literary piece with just the acrobatic words and phrases that you use. Information is what the reader wants so give it to them.

3.Create AutoPilot Site.
I found a great way to do that is to follow this simple steps:
1. At least 2 related posts plugins
2.Link to your other sites inside posts
3.Good load time
4.Quality content without grammar errors
Over the past few weeks I've noticed my bounce rate gone up. I've notice that since adding interlinking and related posts that it's slowly going back down a little. I've also started shortening the amount of the post I place on the main page so people have to click the "read more" button to really get the extent of what the post is about which seems to help. I hope it continues to go down though.
If the website have good contents that will be interesting to the visitor then that will affect the bounce rate since the visitor will be converted as a reader. Especially when the web page contains nice images that complement the text or article, it will cause the reader to stay long and make the bounce rate lower.
