what happens to my payment if the seller doesn't complete my order in the scheduled time?
And what if I cancel the order before the scheduled time, what happens to my payment?
The order will not automatically cancel if seller is late delivery. Though you will have the option to cancel if you decide that seller is not performing the work you hired or if seller is updating with progress reports, then you may also choose to allow seller to continue.
If no updates from seller recently or if the work doesn't meet your requirements, you may cancel the order.
To cancel an order first go to your order URL. Select the "Cancel" tab which is located in the top of the reply text box. From there simply enter a reason for the cancellation and click "Submit", this will start the cancellation process. Once the cancellation process completes either by the Seller accepting or 48 hours passing the money is returned to your SEOClerks account. After the order is cancelled, you may contact support to ask for a refund to your funding source.

What if the order completes and the SEOCLERK hasn't done anything can I still cancel after the allocated time and get my money back?
You can contact support if the order has automatically completed with no work done by seller. The order will usually be cancelled and seller either infracted or restricted for delivering, no work done.
