I cannot contact support to verify my address

Hello!

I need help with address verification. Currently I live and work in the city. The address of my birthplace in the hometown of the province. I don't have electricity bill, gas bill, network cable, ..

I only have my current address. I have all the papers. Please help me how can I successfully verify.

I am in the exchange community. Verification required requires English language. I come from Vietnam. Above all my papers English. Please help me complete my profile so I can start working.

Hi Tranconghatinh, I have previously responded to you via Ticket #368214

When rechecking on your issue, I saw that another staff member had rejected your address document for reason: not in English

For your convenience, I have rechecked your submitted document and confirmed an exact match between your billing address and the address on your submitted document. I can understand why your address is not in English due to your billing location.

For that reason, I have approved your address document based on these findings.
