There are some alternative method to index for free. If your own a website to use for indexing only then it is a good idea or you can try creating pages on public blogging site like Medium, Blogger, WordPress etc.

In your hosted blog and free blogging site like Blogger and WordPress you can create a new page with not more than 50 backlinks with an article and then submit that page to google using Google search engine console. It is one of the fastest method of indexing and you will get 100% result of indexing if your backlink quality is good. Try avoid using spammy links or such links which google avoid indexing, If any backlink not get indexed then remove that from your list, which also provide you a good image in front of your clients.

When you use medium and any other free self promoting blogging medium then it also not required to submit your newly created page with backlinks to google console. Normally medium pages are indexed by google without any additional effort but you must post long article in the same page where you posted your backlinks.
