No, I think it is not really Good to use it.

Just food for thought,

Would you have used different bank accounts for your different realtime jobs?

Payoneer or Paypal, to me they are the alternate for a bank account. So, I don't think that there is any complication in using the one Payoneer account for all our freelancing activities.....,

I suggest you that one payoneer use on one account. Because when your account will be grow after some time your account can be flagged. So don't take risk.
