    How would you verify whether someone requesting graphic design work actually works for the company he claims needs my services?

    I got a message from someone who claims he is the executive director (CEO) of a company. He wants graphic design work from me. When I look at his LinkedIn page, it says he is the Executive Director, but when I call the company directly to ask if that is correct, they won't give out that information because of the nature of my request. I guess if I was calling to hire him for some sort of service, they could give me that information, but since he is requesting service from me, they can't tell me whether the name I provide them has any affiliation with the company.

    Is there any other way of verifying this guy actually holds a position of executive director within the company? Typical Google searching provides nothing for me.

    I'm not entirely sure if it matters. Is he paying you for work? Are the payments going through and sticking in your account? If yes, then why does it matter if his LinkedIn profile doesn't match exactly what he's telling you?

    I haven't been on my LinkedIn profile in over 6 months and I'm sure a lot of it needs to be updated lol How would you verify whether someone requesting graphic design work actually works for the company he claims needs my services?

    Then best thing you can do is take his word on it, do the work you're being paid for, and hope he keeps coming back for more orders in the near future. His title could also show up differently on specific platforms because he doesn't want to be targeted by 1,000s of marketers pitching him ideas and services. I have friends who are CEOs and their LinkedIn profiles show them as salespeople for the company they own lol How would you verify whether someone requesting graphic design work actually works for the company he claims needs my services?

    If you are hiring any agency then an agency must have information on government directory. Find information from government company registry. If you found any issue then you can search for any other seller. There is many professionals offering their graphics design service on seoclerk.
